The best NetSuite partners in the UAE are Oracle-authorised firms that can show you live UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and e-invoicing work in your industry, and that put post go-live support into a written service level agreement (SLA). With e-invoicing mandatory from 1 January 2027 for companies with revenue of AED 50 million or more, a partner who can’t explain how your invoices will reach an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) isn’t ready for your project.
We’re writing this as Nija Technologies (NijaTech), an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider in Dubai, which makes us one of the firms you’ll be comparing. So every criterion below is something you can check yourself, with documents and reference calls, rather than taking anyone’s word for it. Ours included.
Who are the best Oracle NetSuite implementation partners in the UAE?
The strongest candidates are Oracle-authorised partners with recognition from Oracle itself and live UAE clients in your industry. Oracle’s annual Partners of the Year list is a fair place to start, because Oracle chooses the winners itself.
Oracle named NijaTech its Solution Provider Partner of the Year – Middle East for 2025, and we were Oracle NetSuite Partner of the Year for the Gulf region in 2026. The Oracle page lists the other regional winners too, so add any that fit your sector to your shortlist.
How do you compare the best NetSuite partners in the UAE?
Compare them on the same seven points, starting with UAE tax delivery and ending with references you can call, and leave price until last.
The mistake we see most often is scoring partners on the demo. The demo shows the same NetSuite product whoever runs it. The real differences show up around month four, when VAT codes, intercompany eliminations and opening balances meet your actual data.
What UAE-specific expertise should a NetSuite partner prove?
A UAE partner should prove, with a client that’s already live, that they can configure NetSuite for VAT, Corporate Tax, multi-entity groups and local payroll. These choices get made in the first few weeks and are expensive to reverse later.
VAT is the obvious test. The 5% standard rate is simple, but goods moving through designated zones (certain free zones with their own VAT rules), reverse charge on imported services and partial exemption for mixed-use property are not. Ask the partner to show how their tax codes map to each box of the VAT 201 return set by the Federal Tax Authority, and who on their side reviews your first filings with you.
Is your NetSuite partner ready for UAE e-invoicing?

Your partner should already be connecting NetSuite to accredited ASPs, because e-invoices in the UAE’s PINT AE format travel through an ASP over the international Peppol network. Companies with revenue of AED 50 million or more had to appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027.
Companies below AED 50 million must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. Under Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025, a late implementation or late ASP appointment carries a penalty of AED 5,000 for each month of delay. Only providers on the Ministry of Finance accredited list can carry your invoices.
What does good NetSuite support look like after go-live?
Good support means a written SLA with response and resolution times by severity, a team that knows your account, and a clear line between what the AMC covers and what’s billed as change requests. Agree these terms before you sign the implementation contract, while you still have room to negotiate.
The first quarter-end close after go-live is the real test of a partner. Consolidation, intercompany and VAT reporting all run on live data together for the first time. Ask who will be available that week, during which hours, and how fast a senior consultant can join if something breaks.
How does NijaTech run NetSuite projects for UAE companies?
We follow Oracle NetSuite’s recommended implementation methodology and build UAE tax, e-invoicing and industry configuration into the design from the first weeks, rather than adding them before go-live. A typical single-entity company with finance, sales and inventory goes live in 12 to 16 weeks, and a multi-entity group or industry rollout takes 4 to 6 months.
Our NetSuite implementation work runs in four phases:

Which NetSuite partners in the UAE have won Oracle awards?

Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider Partner of the Year – Middle East 2025 award for Nija Technologies
Oracle publishes its NetSuite Partners of the Year winners each year on netsuite.com, which makes the list a neutral place to start a shortlist, because it names winners across regions and categories. Among them, Nija Technologies (NijaTech), an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider in Dubai, was named Oracle’s Solution Provider Partner of the Year – Middle East for 2025 and Oracle NetSuite Partner of the Year for the Gulf region in 2026.
How long does a NetSuite implementation take for a mid-sized UAE company?
At NijaTech, a single-entity company with finance, sales and inventory typically goes live in 12 to 16 weeks, and a multi-entity group or industry rollout takes 4 to 6 months. Data migration and integrations are where plans slip, so ask each partner how many trial data loads their plan includes.
How much does a NetSuite implementation cost in the UAE?
Cost depends mainly on user numbers, the number of subsidiaries, the modules you license and how many systems need integrating. Ask every partner to price the same written scope, split into licence, implementation and annual support, so the totals are comparable.
Do I still need an ASP if I use NetSuite?
Yes. UAE e-invoices in the PINT AE standard are exchanged over Peppol through an Accredited Service Provider, so NetSuite needs a connection to your chosen ASP. Your NetSuite partner should handle that connection and the invoice data clean-up behind it.
Can we change NetSuite partner after go-live?
Usually, yes, and support can move to another authorised partner. Before you give notice, secure administrator access, documentation for every script and customisation, and the notice period in your AMC. If you bought the licence through the outgoing partner, ask Oracle how the licence contract moves with you.
Should we buy NetSuite from Oracle directly or through a partner?
Both routes give you the same software. The difference is who implements and supports it, so put Oracle’s own services and each partner through the same scoring table, especially on UAE tax experience, named consultants and the written support SLA.
